For the Longest Time I've been called "Platinum_titan". I only did this because sombody else was already using my username, looking back this was a terrible idea.
My actual username is Tombot so I changed it to that. I don't know who is still using my real username but one day I hope to use dark magic to steal it back or something.

Just as a side note, there are lots of reasons people visit a persons page and not all of them are good.
Although it may seem worthwhile to follow up a page visit with a thank-you it may be better idea to thank people for favourites instead.
This way you don't potentially misinterpret their actions.
